House Rules – Les Séchoirs

Welcome to Les Séchoirs. We hope you have a wonderful stay. To ensure that all guests can enjoy their holiday, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 PM.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Please return the keys as agreed upon departure.

Number of Guests

Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay in the accommodation.

Visitors are welcome with prior approval from the owners.

Peace and Quiet

Les Séchoirs is a peaceful place to relax. Please respect other guests and our neighbours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the gîtes.

Smoking outside is permitted. Please use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior permission from the owners. They must not cause disturbance and are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Swimming Pool

Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult. Glass is not permitted in or around the pool. We kindly ask guests to shower before entering the pool.

Canoe, Rowboat & Jetty

The canoe, rowboat and private jetty are used entirely at your own risk. Children must always be supervised near the water. We strongly recommend wearing a life jacket while on the river.

Electric Bicycles

Electric bicycles are available for rent at €15 per day.

Guests are responsible for using the bicycles carefully and locking them when not in use. Any damage caused by misuse may be charged.

Electric Vehicles

Charging electric vehicles from the gîte's standard electrical outlets is not permitted without prior approval from the owners.

Barbecue

Barbecues are welcome, provided they are used safely and local fire restrictions are respected. Please clean the barbecue after use.

Waste & Recycling

Please separate your waste according to the local French recycling system. Do not leave rubbish or food waste in the garden or near the river.

Before Departure

Before checking out, we kindly ask you to:

Wash and put away all dishes. Empty the refrigerator. Dispose of all rubbish. Clean the barbecue if you have used it. Close all windows and lock the doors.

Final cleaning is included in your stay.

Damage

Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so they can be resolved quickly.

Liability

Guests use the swimming pool, river, jetty, canoe, rowboat, electric bicycles and all other facilities entirely at their own risk.

The owners cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, nor for accidents, injuries or damages occurring during your stay, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the owners.
